These terms apply to thealgovision.com and its subdomains, including the member deck, the charting desk, Chart Bound and the Algo Arcade. By using the service you agree to them.

Risk warning — read this one. Trading futures, forex and other leveraged products carries substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you deposit. Nothing on this service is financial advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. Educational content, AI output, indicators, signals, backtests and simulated results are for learning and research only. Past performance does not predict future results. Trade only with money you can afford to lose.

What we provide

Educational courses and written material.
Games and simulations that teach chart reading. Simulated trading uses no real money.
A charting platform with analysis tools and an AI assistant.
Optional connections to a broker you hold an account with, so you can view that account and place orders you choose.

We are not a broker, we do not hold client funds, and we do not manage anyone's money.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password to yourself.
You are responsible for what happens under your account.
One account per person. Don't share or resell access.
You must be 18 or over.

Broker connections and orders

If you connect a broker, you authorise us to act on that connection only as you direct. Every order placed through the platform is your order and your responsibility. Markets, brokers and networks fail; we do not guarantee that an order will be received, filled, or filled at any particular price. You can revoke the connection at any time.

AI output

The assistant and automated analysis can be wrong, out of date, or confidently mistaken. Treat their output as a prompt to think, never as an instruction to trade. Check anything that matters before you act on it.

Payment

Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel any time from your member deck; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
Prices are shown before you buy. We may change them with notice for future periods.
Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute our content, data or course material.
Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Don't use it for anything unlawful, or to harass anyone in our community.
Community spaces are moderated; we can remove access for abuse.

Your content

Your notes, strategies and journal entries remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store and display them back to you and to run the features you use. Anything you post publicly in the community may be visible to other members.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. Features may change or be withdrawn. We'll give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending it

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
